This Shipping Policy outlines how Argent West AB ("Argent West," "we," "us") processes and delivers orders. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Sweden and EU if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country, please email us at hello@argentwest.com.

Carrier

We ship with PostNord.

Shipping cost

Shipping within Sweden is 50 SEK.

Orders over 1,500 SEK ship free of charge.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Fridays will ship on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.

During periods of high demand, slight delays may occur. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order's progress through PostNord's tracking service using the tracking number provided.

Failed delivery or pickup

If PostNord is unable to deliver your package, it will typically be held at your local pickup point for a limited time. If you do not collect your package within that time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@argentwest.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the piece or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with PostNord. Lost packages are usually located within 5–7 business days.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us at hello@argentwest.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
